Membership Application




For new members, please provide your full name and your email address in the form below. All other information is optional, but may be printed in the club membership directory. Please enter whichever address you would like to use for receiving the newsletter and other email regarding the club. Once we have received payment of your annual dues ($20), your membership will be activated. You can pay by giving cash or a check to the membership secretary or the treasurer at any club event, or by using the button below to pay with PayPal. You can also use Zelle to pay directly from your account to treasurer@seagypsies.nyc if your bank is one of the many that participates with this system.

If you are a current member of the NYC Sea Gypsies, you do not need to fill out the form, but you may pay your dues using the links below. Members who have not paid their dues by April 1st will be removed from the club roster. If your membership has lapsed because of this, you can re-join by submitting the new member application through this page.

In order for an active member to participate in club dives, a copy of your certification card must be on file with the
membership secretary. Also, a club liability waiver needs to be on file, with the first page hand initialed and the second page signed and witnessed. This waiver must be submitted annually, we can only accept it if it is signed in the current year. Click here to download this document.
